Bookings and Cancellations

Reservations are recommended, especially for groups. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booked time; after that, the reservation may be released.

You can make a reservation through our website, by phone, or in person. Please provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your booking. For groups of 8 or more, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. No-shows may be charged a fee per person.

Group bookings

For group bookings, we ask that you confirm final numbers at least 48 hours before your reservation. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry if the group size exceeds the booking or if the group does not comply with our entry requirements.

Venue Entry and Conduct

All guests must be 21 years or older to enter the gaming floor and the venue after 8pm. Valid photo ID is required for entry to the gaming floor and may be requested at any time.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. A smart casual dress code applies; thongs, singlets, and offensive clothing are not permitted.

  • The venue may ask any guest to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.
  • Management decisions regarding entry and conduct are final.

Gaming and Responsible Conduct

The gaming floor is open to guests aged 21 and over. All players must present valid photo ID upon request. The venue promotes responsible gaming and reserves the right to refuse service to any person showing signs of problem gambling.

Gaming floor hours are 11:30 AM – 2:00 AM, 7 days a week. Players must follow the rules of each game as displayed. The venue may limit or exclude players at its discretion.
